VA Loaned Devices for Veterans

NOTE: For Veterans who have VA-loaned iPads issued through the Digital Divide Consult: The VA App Catalog is being retired and all apps will soon be available for installation through the Hub app instead. The transition process begins December 6, 2024.

  • On December 6, 2024: The Hub app will be automatically installed on all VA-loaned iPads.
  • In mid-January 2025: The VA App Catalog will be sunset. Once this occurs, Veterans will need to install apps using the Hub app.

After the VA App Catalog has been sunset, its icon will remain on devices. When selected, however, the icon will link to a helpful video explaining how to install apps through the Hub app.
