Introduction

Veterans may be provided an Accu-Chek glucometer and using this app allows Veterans with VA-issued iPads to add the app to their device for connecting to their glucometer that both patient and VA provider can use for evaluating diabetes treatment regimens, strategies, and effectiveness and for monitoring blood glucose levels/trends.

NOTE: This is a third-party app and is not maintained by VA but is sponsored by the Office of Connected Care in the Digital Health Office.
