Prepare for VA’s Secure Sign-In Changes

In 2025, you’ll have two secure sign-in account options (Login.gov and ID.me) for all VA websites and apps. We’ll remove the My HealtheVet option after January 31, 2025, and the DS Logon option after September 30, 2025. Learn how to prepare for VA’s sign-in changes.

AHRQ QuestionBuilder

Average: 4.9 (9 votes)

Introduction

The QuestionBuilder helps patients prepare for medical visits and to get the most from their appointments. App users enter details such as date, healthcare provider, and reason for the visit. They can also customize questions they want to ask at their appointment. Patients are prompted to describe their symptoms and concerns in ways that will save time for both themselves and their medical providers. The app allows to add appointment information to an e-calendar and send details to a personal email account.

The content on the QuestionBuilder app derives from the successful AHRQ campaign “Questions are the Answer,” which includes research from AHRQ patient safety projects. The evidence was summarized from research related to diagnostic testing and results, medication safety, safe transitions between care settings, and patient and family engagement in healthcare.

See QuestionBuilder App | Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (ahrq.gov) for more details.

NOTE: This is a third-party app and is not maintained by VA but is sponsored by the Office of Connected Care in Patient Care Services.
