Introduction

The Strength at Home app is a trauma-informed app designed for people who struggle with conflict or anger in relationships and may be at risk for intimate partner violence (IPV). The app is intended to be used by those who are actively participating in a weekly Strength at Home group. The Strength at Home app can help you learn relationship skills while reducing aggressive behavior that can lead to violence.

Trauma-informed” means the app is built with an understanding that past difficult experiences can affect emotions, reactions, and behavior.

NOTE: The Strength at Home app is intended to be used with guidance from a provider. Visit this page to find a Strength at Home group.
