The Veterans Health Administration in partnership with the VA Office of Information and Technology (OI&T) launched an exciting new program in 2014 to distribute mobile devices (tablets) to VA care team members at VA medical facilities across the nation in order to enhance care delivery.
We encourage you to disseminate information about this exciting program internally to VA staff, and externally to other local media and social media outlets. To assist you in this request, we have developed an outreach toolkit for your use.

Please utilize these materials to announce the program to staff. For example, print the fact sheets and flyers and distribute around your facility. In addition, work through the Public Affairs Officer at your medical facility to secure articles/blogs in your facility’s newsletters and ebanners on TV screens. Finally, share the good news using the social media posts on Twitter and Facebook.
