The Care4Caregiver Application (App) is a self-assessment tool that helps you keep track of your level of strain over time, provides you with stress coping tips, and connects you to available community and personal resources.
This App offers educational information about normal reactions to care-giving responsibilities, provides opportunities to engage in self-care, and recommends ways you can build resilience, manage stress, and maintain good relationships.
If you select the Learn button from the main menu, you will be directed to multiple sections that will assist you.
Yes. Select the Self Assessment button from the main menu. This section of the App will allow you to take a self-assessment, graph your results and schedule reminders to retake the assessment.
At the current time, you cannot print your self-assessments. You can email your graphed results by going to the Graph Past Results section from the Assess menu.
To set up a reminder to retake the assessment, navigate to the Self Assessment – Schedule Reminders screen from the main menu.
You can set reminders to retake the assessment every week, once a month, once a quarter or never.
Yes. Several tools and techniques are provided within the Care4Caregiver App to assist with the management of your strain. You can access all of these tools by selecting the Manage button from the main screen or the bottom tool bar.
