This page has links to web forms for requesting to build VA Apps and requests for VA Mobile App Environment (MAE) accounts, tools or services.
Before you begin, read Getting Started, the Discovery Overview, and then read the Web form's instructions. If you do not, you will not be prepared to answer the questions fully, which will lead to a failed submission or processing delays. You must complete the form in one session or the submission will fail.
Request an MAE JIRA account if you are an active stakeholder in an approved VA App development project or service. Stakeholders may be developers, project managers, product owners, program managers, Compliance reviewers, or VA App Processes team members.
Please read User Registration instructions before you begin; otherwise you will not be prepared to answer the questions fully, which will significantly delay processing.
NOTE: You must have a PIV card in hand in order to request a MAE Atlassian account. Contractors will be sent an email at their VA email address (listed in the request) to verify their PIV. Alternately, emails from their COR confirming their PIV can be attached to the request.
