The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) MyVA Health Journal App allows you to access your official VA medical record and enter information about your health. You can also set reminders about appointments or to create new health entries so you remember to track your health.
To use the MyVA Health Journal App, you must (1) be enrolled in VA health care, and (2) have a DS Logon Level 2 (Premium) Account. The Mobile Blue Button App within the MyVA Health Journal App can access your VA Electronic Health Record (EHR) and therefore, for your security, requires a DS Logon Level 2 (Premium) Account. If you do not have a DS Logon Level 2 (Premium) Account, or you are not sure, visit mobile.va.gov/dslogon for more information.
Your VA care team may not review your information unless you request it. You can make a request by phone, Secure Message or in person.
