If you are a Veteran enrolled in VA health care, the MyVA Health Journal App empowers you to take charge of your health and well-being. The app allows you to enter information about your health. With the app, you can store contact information and health and military histories, as well as record your wellness goals, monitor your mood and create entries about a variety of health topics. You can also set reminders about appointments and create new health entries so you remember to track your health. By enabling you to enter and track information about your health, the app serves as a one-stop shop for all your important health information. You can easily pull up the information you want whenever you need it and wherever you need it.

At this time, information you submit using the MyVA Health Journal App may not be reviewed by your VA care team. VA is working on functionality that will allow your VA care team to receive notifications when you submit your information. When this is available, you will receive a notice within the app. Also at that time, you will be able to request a review by calling your clinic or sending a Secure Message to your health care team or during an in-person visit with your provider.
